Global Technology Sales: Lessons from the Field

Bob John is Vice President of Technology Sales at TIAX LLC, a technology and innovation company. During a thirty-year career at IBM, he held positions as sales manager, general manager of an IBM subsidiary, Vice President in Technology Group, and Vice President of Channel Financing at IBM Global Financing. John graduated from Iowa State University in 1973 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He also holds an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
