Byron Mook received his BA from Oberlin College and is expecting his PhD in Political Science from Columbia University in 1971. Mook was an Oberlin College Traveling Fellow to Southern Asia in 1963 and Columbia University Traveling Fellow to India in 1968. Currently he is an instructor in the Department of Political Science at Duke University.
