The Science of Flirting

Jeffrey Hall is an associate professor of communication studies at the University of Kansas and an expert on flirting and communication in romantic relationships. He will discuss the research for his book, The Five Flirting Styles, and how understanding how you communicate romantic interest may help you improve your chances in love. Hall has published widely on such topics as humor in relationships, making and keeping friends, and social networking and Facebook and has been interviewed by such media outlets as National Public Radio and CNN and Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, TIME Magazine, and Wall Street Journal. He earned his doctorate from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California.
