James Waters is Vice President of Production Systems Division for Caterpillar, the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, and industrial gas turbines. Waters has worked in the field of hydraulics systems in Italy, Japan, and England. He received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Iowa State University in 1981. Technology, Globalization, and Culture Series and part of the Iowa State 150th Anniversary Alumni Lecture Series.
