East-West Trade and Technology Transfer

Gordon Smith is in the Department of Government and International Studies at the University of South Carolina. His books include The Politics of East-West Trade, and Law and Soviet Economic Development. He is an Ames native and received his undergraduate degrees in Journalism, International Relations and Russian at Iowa State.
